Cancellation conditions of the Bio- & Wellnesshotel PAZEIDER according to the provisions of the Hotel Gastwirte Verband Südtirol - HGV: In case of cancellation within the last 28 days before the start of the trip, the following cancellation costs will apply without travel cancellation insurance: 80% of the total amount for reservations with breakfast, 70% of the total amount for reservations with half board. In case of early departure, all unused days of the travel arrangement including catering share will be charged.
We suggest that you take out this cancellation insurance. This means we take care of the formalities and advance the premium for you. The settlement will then take place upon arrival in cash in the amount of only €25.00 per adult and €13 per child.

Cost increases due to hotel renovations or expansion of services are possible and can be communicated even with already confirmed bookings up to 60 days before arrival. The guest can then cancel the booking free of charge or confirm it again.

Insured reasons for trip cancellation / trip interruption:
The following events are insured reasons for trip cancellation or interruption if you unexpectedly cannot start the trip or have to interrupt it: unexpected serious illness, severe accidental bodily injury, vaccine intolerance, or death; loosening of implanted joints; unexpected serious illness, severe accidental bodily injury or death (including suicide) of a family member, if your presence is urgently required; pregnancy discovered after booking the trip, or severe pregnancy complications up to and including the 35th week of pregnancy; significant property damage to your property at the place of residence as a result of an elemental event (e.g., flood, storm), fire, burst water pipe, or third-party criminal act, if your presence is urgently required; involuntary loss of employment due to termination by the employer; call-up for basic military or alternative service; filing for divorce or, in the case of registered partnerships, filing for dissolution before the joint trip of the spouses/partners; dissolution of the cohabitation (with the same registered address for 6 months) by giving up the shared residence before the joint trip of the life partners; failure to pass the final exam or an equivalent final exam of at least 3 years of school education; arrival of an unexpected court summons. Family members include spouses (or registered partners or life partners living in the same household), children (step, in-law, grandchildren, foster), parents (step, in-law, grandparents, foster), siblings and brothers/sisters-in-law of the insured person - in the case of a registered partner or a life partner living in the same household, also their children, parents, and siblings.
